We are seeking an experienced HR manager to oversee end-to-end human resource operations and employee lifecycle management within the organization. The role involves managing recruitment, payroll administration, statutory compliance, employee engagement initiatives, and HR documentation while ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities while maintaining accurate HR documentationHandle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while coordinating with department heads for workforce planningOversee payroll processing including attendance tracking, leave management, reimbursements, and statutory deductions ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursementEnsure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws, while maintaining statutory records and managing audits or inspectionsPlan and execute employee engagement activities and retention initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environmentAddress employee grievances and support performance management and feedback processes across departmentsAct as an HR business partner by coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients for HR-related requirements and documentationMaintain HR policies, processes, and compliance standards while supporting leadership in strengthening organizational culture and people strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred)68 years of experience in HR generalist roles, including recruitment, payroll management, and statutory complianceStrong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processing practicesExperience in employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management frameworksProficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office tools for HR reporting and documentationStrong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to handle confidential information and manage HR operations independently
