We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team in Kharadi. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in Food Preparation: Help chefs by chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and preparing necessary items for cooking, ensuring efficient and smooth kitchen operations. - Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste, to follow food safety standards. - Support Cooking Staff: Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen staff to assist in cooking and assembling dishes, contributing to a team-oriented kitchen environment. - Stock Management: Ensure that kitchen supplies are stocked and organized by checking inventory levels and informing the supervisor when items are low, helping avoid disruptions in food preparation. - Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Help in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, making sure tools are in good working condition for daily use.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must have passed the 10th grade and be eager to learn new cooking techniques.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff and follow directions.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.- A team player attitude, willing to support colleagues and contribute positively to the kitchen atmosphere.- Keen attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety.

Job Description:Prepare Orders as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for which we will give training.Ensure kitchen hygiene is maintained.Cutting, chopping, peeling, washing food materials used and ensuring proper cleanliness.Assist kitchen staff to clean Utensils used in kitchens (Includes washing and cleaning) to prepare orders.Assist kitchen team for unloading materials from supply chain partners as and when required.To handle food items properly and maintain food safety standards.Cleaning/sanitization of their respective work stations is each & everyones part of the job.For Fresher Kitchen Staff We have fixed CTC of Rs. 15,670/- (Net Take Home: 12064 P.M), for experienced candidates depends on the experience and interviewthere's deduction of Staff room from salary. (Rs.800 - Rs.1200)
