Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Note : Candidate with HR Experience will be added advantage.Responsibilities and DutiesBusiness Development Executive will help clients to identify business opportunities in various geographies.Develop new business for Client via telephone and mass communication such as email and/ or social media.Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects.Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the Lead Generation funnel and able to coordinate with the client for an end to end the shipment of Project.QualificationThe candidate should be well versed with MS Excel and MS WordExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projectsSelf-starter, team player that is motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activatesShould have the ability to lead a team to achieve the desired resultsExcellent Communication SkillJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 14,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
