Job PurposeTo support the Engineering & Facilities team in maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting MEP systems, building services, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations of hospitality, retail, residential villas, and cinema theatre facilities.Key Responsibilities1. Engineering & MaintenanceAssist in operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting).Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedules.Attend to breakdown maintenance and support quick rectification.Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.Support energy management and optimization initiatives.

Education: B.Tech Civil (Compulsory). NICMAR grad or PG in Construction Management is preferable.Experience: 0 to 2 yrsLocation: Mumbai (we can provide bachelor accom. if required)Skills required: Excel (Compulsory), Smart, Logical, Primavera/MS Project (Basics), tech-savvy (interested to learn new construction software)prior experience in scheduling/contracts it is an added advantage.
