Direct Walk-In For Junior Engineer Civil (1-2 Years)

Job Purpose

To support the Engineering & Facilities team in maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting MEP systems, building services, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations of hospitality, retail, residential villas, and cinema theatre facilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering & Maintenance

Assist in operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting).

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per schedules.

Attend to breakdown maintenance and support quick rectification.

Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.

Support energy management and optimization initiatives.
