Responsibilities:1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues.2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.3. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner.4. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel for resolution.5. Ensure all IT systems are functioning properly and perform routine maintenance tasks.6. Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades

1. Work with US facing clients.2.Manage and Support process foreign clients in US . 3. Monitors calls and email.# INTERVIEW FORMAT ; ZOOM VIDEO CALL.Working Time: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Sunday Off.

Role & Responsibilities1.Write and post technical job descriptions2. Source potential candidates on job portals3. Check on specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities5. Interview candidates to get the best match6. Take end to end interview responsibility till the offer letter is released for the selected candidate.Qualification & SkillsEducational Qualification - Minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline (Preferred)Experience 1 to 2 years (preferred).
