We are looking for enthusiastic Project Manager to take care of Project management for our company. Responsibilities: Managing the entire product life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A, maintenance and new version up gradation. Handle and address any issues regarding the development : technical difficulty or team management & get all issues resolved by coordinating with other technical experts or if required any other department for the same. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/consultants for the flawless execution of projects. Maintaining Agile environment and meeting the product delivery deadlines. Lead and manage the day to day activities of their team. Establish and maintain a proper communication channel among all the stakeholders and report and escalate the same to management as needed. Tracking status of team's work and ensuring deliverable are produced on agreed schedules in coordination with the other stakeholders.Required Candidate profile: Minimum experience 8+ years with at least 3 years in team management.Must have experience into Python or react or both Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Must have good project management skills and experience in handling international clients & escalation management. Experience in leading a development team following Agi methodology (Team Size could be of 10 to 15 resources as well).

Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Freelancer, Up work, O desk, Guru, PPH etc To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid. To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure. To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company. Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan. Manages the sale of Software services with the sole focus of maximizing revenues and profits for Software Services in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis. Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client Determining a clients business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable Answering any technical questions the client might have Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client Design different marketing strategies and execute. Establishing a relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business. Should have in-depth knowledge of Software services market and proven track record of sales revenue in software services. Should be good in presentation skills Should have knowledge about IT bidding portals as well bidding.

Overview:This role will take care of total IT Infrastructure Area across all locations of the Company and directly report to CIO. To manage and engage a large and diverse team and vendors To leverage emerging and Start-up Solutions from an Enterprise need perspective Ability to manage the vendors and timelines Expertise in preparing forward looking, detailed and comprehensive SOW and contracts for multi model solutions including cloud, on premise etc.EducationBachelor degree, Engineering graduate from a reputed institution.Specialized Knowledge Cloud computing GCP/Amazon Networking Router/Firewall/Switching End user management Laptop/Desktop/Printer/AV Software support like GSuit EPBX ITSM Server Management (Linux/Unix) SAP Basis (Change Management, Patch Management & Migration) Minimum devices handled 5000 end users, spread across multiple locations.
