Head IT Infrastructure

Overview:

This role will take care of total IT Infrastructure Area across all locations of the Company and directly report to CIO. This person will be a Key member of the IT team for all technology based decisions and shall be also responsible for designing and delivering all technology solutions ensuring a sustainable and robust digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

● Business stakeholder management.

● Management of servers, security, cloud and help desk.

● Based on the evolving digital enterprise architecture, implement plans to meet the new and changing requirements of running the business from a networking, telecommunications, hardware, and all other Infra Solution perspective.

● Evaluates and recommends associated Infrastructure solutions based on business requirements and user needs.

● Manage all IT Processes associated with Technology.

● To manage and engage a large and diverse team and vendors

● To leverage emerging and Start-up Solutions from an Enterprise need perspective

● Ability to manage the vendors and timelines

● Expertise in preparing forward looking, detailed and comprehensive SOW and contracts for multi model solutions including cloud, on premise etc.

Education

Bachelor degree, Engineering graduate from a reputed institution.

Specialized Knowledge

● Cloud computing – GCP/Amazon

● Networking – Router/Firewall/Switching

● End user management – Laptop/Desktop/Printer/AV

● Software support like GSuit

● EPBX

● ITSM

● Server Management (Linux/Unix)

● SAP Basis (Change Management, Patch Management & Migration)

● Minimum devices handled – 5000 end users, spread across multiple locations.

● Budget Management

While not mandatory, would prefer:

● Exposure to Change management
