Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software (e.g., Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office).Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on end-user devices.Support user account management including Active Directory, email, VPN, and other corporate tools.Set up and configure new computers and related equipment for new hires.Monitor and respond promptly to service requests through the helpdesk/ticketing system.Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.Provide support for video conferencing, VoIP phones, and office network connectivity.Create and update documentation for IT procedures and knowledge base articles.Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.Offer on-site and remote support as needed.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops. Troubleshoot and configure MS Outlook for users, ensuring proper email setup and functionality. Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network printers for end-users. Assemble and disassemble desktop and laptop hardware as part of installations, upgrades, and repairs. Ensure regular data backups and assist with data recovery when necessary. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) on client systems. Provide both remote and on-site support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connections.

3+ Years of Working Experience as Engineer handling similar types of services/incidents. Laptop/Desktop configuration Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting and repair to a certain level. Windows OS installation & Troubleshooting (Must). Outlook 2013 & 0ffice 365. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions. Conduct remote troubleshooting & Familiar with Remote Support over call/email/remote tools. Help create technical documentation and manual.
