The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth inward and outward flow of raw materials and finished goods, and implementing best practices in inventory control.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems (manual or software-based). Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification. Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material planning and availability. Ensure proper documentation of goods received and issued (GRN, issue slips, etc.). Monitor stock levels and place reorders in a timely manner. Implement FIFO (First in First Out) and maintain traceability of label stock rolls and materials. Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Prepare and share inventory reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis with management.
