As a Warehouse Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management system at our location in Dhulagarh, Howrah. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any discrepancies in inventory levels and implementing best practices to optimize inventory processes.The ideal candidate for this role should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred but not required. As a Warehouse Inventory Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations and maintaining accurate inventory levels at all times.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain daily inventory records for fabric, trims, accessories, finished goods, and packaging materials.Monitor inward and outward stock and ensure proper documentation.Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain GRN, stock registers, issue slips, transfer records, and dispatch documents.Track fabric rolls, lots, batches, colours, sizes, and quantities accurately.Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for inventory requirements.Monitor minimum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.Ensure proper storage, identification, and movement of textile materials.Maintain inventory data using MS Excel/ERP/Tally or relevant inventory software.Support periodic stock audits and ensure proper inventory control procedures.Required Skills1-3 years of experience in textile, garment, apparel, or manufacturing inventory management.Good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of Tally/ERP is preferred.Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory control.Good numerical and analytical skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.Good coordination and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/store environment.
