We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join Jay Ganesh Enterprises, a leading kids clothing manufacturer and export house in Kolkata, India. As an Inventory Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to manage and report on all inventory-related activities, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient inventory control.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate records.

-Analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimize stock levels.

-Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, aging inventory, and discrepancies..

-Collaborate with procurement and production teams to plan inventory replenishment.

-Streamline inventory management processes to increase efficiency.

-Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and update records.

-Liaise with other departments to align inventory strategies with business goals.

-Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.

-Conduct compliance checks and address any inventory discrepancies.

Requirements:

-Experience in inventory management or related roles preferred.

-Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of inventory management best practices.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
