We are seeking an organized and proactive Cloud Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations in our kitchen. The primary responsibilities include supervising staff and managing inventory efficiently through Excel. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and manage inventory to optimize resources. This role is essential to delivering high-quality service and maintaining our standards.Key Responsibilities:Staff Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and ensure that all team members adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.Train and guide new employees, ensuring they understand kitchen procedures and quality standards.Monitor employee performance and address any issues promptly to maintain high service levels.Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of all inventory using Excel sheets, ensuring timely updates.Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.Track food and ingredient usage daily, minimizing waste and maximizing cost-effectiveness.Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items according to health regulations.Operational Efficiency:Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize food preparation and order processing.Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs when needed.Implement standard operating procedures to improve kitchen workflow and overall efficiency.Reporting & Communication:Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on staff performance, inventory status, and kitchen operations.Liaise with management on staffing needs, inventory issues, and operational improvements.
