JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Description-

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team schedules, ensuring smooth workflow, resolving employee and customer issues, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will also be responsible for reporting and communicating with senior management.
