We are looking for a Warehouse Incharge to oversee our operations in North Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high safety standards.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee all operations within the warehouse, ensuring that activities run smoothly and efficiently. This includes coordination of receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory control. This includes conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.- Team Management: Lead and support the warehouse staff. Provide training and guidance to ensure that team members follow procedures and best practices.- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed within the warehouse. Conduct regular safety audits and address any potential hazards promptly.- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to schedule deliveries and ensure timely distribution of goods. This includes managing outbound shipments and transportation.- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and other relevant KPIs.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for working with team members and other departments. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records. A solid understanding of warehouse management software is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not mandatory. Candidates must be physically fit to handle manual tasks as needed.

- Maintain and update all financial records in Tally ERP, including sales, purchases, inventory, and production costs.- Accurately enter data related to sales invoices, purchase invoices, payments, receipts, and journals.- Track and manage inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods (steel & TMT bars), and consumables in Tally ERP.- Update and track production-related costs in Tally ERP, ensuring accurate costing of steel & TMT bar production.- Prepare and update GST, TDS, and other tax-related entries in Tally ERP.- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and assist in the preparation of supporting documents for audits.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Monitor financial data and generate financial analysis reports for management review.- Maintain accurate records for suppliers and customers in Tally ERP, including ledgers, payment histories, and outstanding balances.- Perform regular bank reconciliations in Tally ERP, matching bank statements with recorded transactions.- Generate various reports such as sales analysis, purchase analysis, and financial summaries as required by the management team.- Assist in internal audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.- Support the audit team in identifying areas for improvement in accounting and inventory management systems.- Ensure that the Tally ERP system is up-to-date with the latest versions and patches.- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, procurement, production, and warehouse to ensure smooth data flow and operational accuracy.
