This role involves coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of interior projects from planning, budgeting, and scheduling to execution and handover.Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, design preferences, and project goals.Liaise with design teams to ensure that concepts align with client expectations and practical site conditions.Oversee site activities, including material procurement, contractor coordination, and quality checks.Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and standards.Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.Manage project budgets and control costs.Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.Review and approve drawings, materials, and samples as needed.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.Proven experience (4 - 7 years) in managing interior design or fit-out projects.Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Preferred:PMP or similar project management certification.Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interiors.Familiarity with sustainability standards and green building practices.
