Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage turnkey interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, execution, and client teams for seamless project delivery.
- Plan project timelines, define milestones, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
- Prepare and maintain daily task reports, progress trackers, and project documentation.
- Align material procurement schedules with project requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.
- Supervise site supervisors and ensure strict on-site discipline, quality control, and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, civil, and other service consultants for smooth integration during execution.
- Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and address concerns professionally.
- Anticipate project risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor-s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in managing corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of interior construction, materials, and project lifecycle.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD for project tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
