key responsibilities

�� oversee and manage turnkey interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.

�� coordinate between design, procurement, execution, and client teams for seamless project delivery.

�� plan project timelines, define milestones, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.

�� ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.

�� prepare and maintain daily task reports, progress trackers, and project documentation.

�� align material procurement schedules with project requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.

�� supervise site supervisors and ensure strict on-site discipline, quality control, and timely issue resolution.

�� coordinate with mep, hvac, civil, and other service consultants for smooth integration during execution.

�� lead client meetings, provide project updates, and address concerns professionally.

�� anticipate project risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.

required skills & qualifications

�� bachelor��s degree in architecture / civil engineering / interior design or related field.

�� 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in managing corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects.

�� strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

�� knowledge of interior construction, materials, and project lifecycle.

�� good understanding of drawings, boqs, and project documentation.

�� proficiency in ms project / excel / autocad for project tracking.

�� excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
