1. **Project Coordination**: Manage all aspects of interior design projects, from initial concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.

2. **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and keeping them updated on project progress.

3. **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of designers and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and efficient processes.

4. **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures align with financial goals while identifying opportunities for cost savings.

5. **Schedule Development**: Create detailed project schedules, tracking timelines and milestones to ensure projects stay on track.

Required skills and expectations:
