Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute interior turnkey projects from planning stage to final handover.

Supervise and coordinate site teams including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.

Monitor project budgets, cost control, and procurement planning.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.

Review technical drawings and ensure correct execution on site.

Manage project documentation, billing, progress reports, and project close-out reports.

Track project schedules and resolve site issues or escalations.

Ensure proper coordination between different technical services.

Technical Knowledge Required :

The candidate should have strong working knowledge of the following:

Civil and Structural Work

Interior Fit-Out Works

Electrical Systems

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)

Fire Fighting Systems

Networking & Data Cabling

Plumbing and Sanitary Systems

False Ceiling, Flooring, Carpentry, and Finishing Works

MEP Coordination

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 8-12 years experience in interior turnkey project management.

Experience handling commercial interiors, office fit-outs, retail stores, or premium residential projects.

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, MEP, and interior drawings.

Excellent project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.

Strong leadership and team management ability.

Good client coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
