As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with potential clients. This step is vital in converting prospects into loyal customers.- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes in the CRM system. This will support the tracking of progress and help in strategizing future efforts.To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive and results-driven attitude is essential. Strong interpersonal skills will aid in building rapport with clients. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems will be an advantage, though not mandatory. A bachelor's degree in B.C.A or B.E is required, and prior experience in sales is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
