What you will do: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements. Maintaining and updating the lead generation database. Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.Key Requirements: Proven Inside Sales Manager with 10 - 13 years of strong experience. 3+ years of IT Sales Manager experience in IT sales process. Must have 3+ Years of experience in selling IT Services such as Software Development, Web and Mobile App Development, Ecommerce Development, etc. Must have a deep knowledge of various CRM and other tools used in Sales. Must have Fluent English (Verbal & Written) communication skills to ensure direct conversation with US, UK, and other countrys clients. Good understanding of Vendor Management, Implementation of Sales Revenue Generating ideas, and Handling Social Media Platforms. Very Good in Business Development and managing Clients Account in varied Categories Seller Support Account Management.

Required to have good communication skills, command on English, Marathi, Hindi candidate should have passion to grow .
