We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Operator with 5 to 11 years of experience to join our team in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring injection moulding machines to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. You will set up machines according to specifications and adjust parameters when necessary to maintain product quality. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting any machine issues is also essential to avoid production delays.You will inspect the finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards. Accurate record-keeping of production data, including quantities produced and machine performance statistics, is also required. Collaborating with other team members to improve production processes and reduce waste will be a key part of your role.To be successful in this position, you will need a thorough understanding of injection moulding processes and equipment. Strong mechanical skills will help you troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to follow safety protocols meticulously. You should also be capable of working efficiently under pressure and be a team player.
