We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations and will be responsible for producing high-quality plastic parts. Key Responsibilities:- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor injection moulding machines to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.- Setup & Maintenance: Set up machines and perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.- Material Handling: Manage raw materials, ensuring they are properly loaded into machines and stored correctly after use.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent production delays.- Documentation: Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities for tracking and reporting.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and be male. A strong background in injection moulding processes is essential. You should possess good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
