We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations and will be responsible for producing high-quality plastic parts. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Machine Operation:** Operate and monitor injection moulding machines to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.- **Setup & Maintenance:** Set up machines and perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.- **Material Handling:** Manage raw materials, ensuring they are properly loaded into machines and stored correctly after use.- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent production delays.- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities for tracking and reporting.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and be male.
