Vishvkarma Injection Moulding Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations and will be responsible for producing high-quality plastic parts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Machine Operation:** Operate and monitor injection moulding machines to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.

- **Setup & Maintenance:** Set up machines and perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

- **Material Handling:** Manage raw materials, ensuring they are properly loaded into machines and stored correctly after use.

- **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent production delays.

- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities for tracking and reporting.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and be male. A strong background in injection moulding processes is essential. You should possess good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

The ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors is crucial. Candidates should be comfortable working in a factory environment and capable of adhering to strict safety protocols. Regular standing and manual handling may be required, along with a commitment to maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
