The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals in industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities:Actively generate leads through cold calling, visits, trade shows, and referralsIdentify potential customers through research, trade shows, industry forums, referrals, and online channels.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate laser solutionsConduct product demonstrations (with technical team support if needed)Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes, and negotiate dealsBuild and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and distributorsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain CRM entries and prepare sales reportsCoordinate with technical and service teams for after-sales supportRequirements:Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong understanding of industrial machinery or willingness to learn.Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at networking.Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
