We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Kolkata, India. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience. A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and Patrol Premises: You will regularly walk around the building and grounds to check for any suspicious activity. It is important to be alert and attentive to your surroundings.

- Control Access Points: You will manage entry and exit points, checking identification and verifying the authorization of visitors to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.

- Respond to Incidents: In case of emergency situations or disturbances, you will be expected to respond quickly and appropriately, following established protocols to maintain safety.

- Report Any Concerns: You will document and report any security breaches, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities. Good communication is essential in this role.

Required Skills and Expectations:

You should possess strong observational skills and be alert at all times to prevent theft or damage. Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to interact with colleagues and visitors effectively. Physical fitness is also important, as the role may involve standing for long periods and walking around the premises.
