Candidates have to take 15-30 inbound calls in a day only and book flight and train tickets for US customers as per their requirements and queries. Working Days: 24 days in a month, 6 week offs, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave, 15 compensatory offs per yearTraining: 30 days fully paid training providedResponsibilities:Manage incoming phone calls.Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.Requirements:Proven customer care experience in any International BPO or experience as a Travel Sales Representative.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
