responsibilities:
-handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, product information, billing questions, and general support issues.
- provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
minimum eligibility: graduate in any discipline/technical profile (. be/) considered with 6 months of customer service background experience.
