3 -. immediate joining/15 days of notice period

4 - working location: noida sector-127

5 - pure voice role

6 - salary upto :- experience in hand

7 - graduation is mandatory (with a passed result)

8 - do you have all the documents of your previous company (offer letter, relieving letter, salary slips of all the companies you have worked)

9 - working days:- 5 days working and 2 weekly offs

10 - transport both ways

responsibilities:

-handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, product information, billing questions, and general support issues.

- provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

- follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

minimum eligibility: graduate in any discipline/technical profile (. be/) considered with 6 months of customer service background experience.
