We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service background. Responsibilities include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

JOB DETAILS:

Location: Kolkata, Chandigarh, Delhi, Faridabad

Shift: US Shift (Night shift)

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000

Working Days: 5 days

Working Hours: 7:00 PM- 5:00 AM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Providing customers with helpful information regarding products and services

Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving

Generating reports and analysing customer feedback Qualifications:

Requirements & Skills:

3+ years of customer service experience.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
