Interview For Telecaller || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team in Jadavpur, Kolkata. This is a full-time, work-from-office position suitable for freshers who have completed at least 10th grade.

As a Tele Caller, your primary duty will be to communicate with potential customers over the phone. You will engage in conversations, answer queries, and provide information about our services to encourage interest. You will be expected to work efficiently and contribute positively to team goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers to share product details and information.

- Maintaining a record of conversations in a structured manner to ensure follow-up and track interactions.

- Utilizing basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Required skills and expectations encompass:

- Proficiency in Hindi to effectively communicate with clients.

- Basic computer knowledge to manage data and record calls.

- A willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates should be between the ages of 18 to 35.
