Has strong experience with high volume recruitment in greenfield & brownfield projects. Possess strong sense of Urgency & Flexibility. Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques Discuss the core of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls. Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up. Understanding of client's requirements. Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels. Regular Interaction with the client. Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations. Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment Good knowledge of internet Communication skill.
