Safety & HygieneEnsure staff follow safety while using chemicals / machines.Ensure biohazard disposal for sanitary trash.Follow COVID / hygiene protocols.6. Guest Service & Complaint HandlingAttend guest complaints regarding cleanliness.Respond immediately and follow-up till resolved.Maintain polite, helpful attitude with guests.7. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain checklists:Room cleaning checklistPublic area cleaning scheduleDeep cleaning calendarLaundry recordsReport daily status to Manager / Admin.8. Deep Cleaning & Special TasksPlan deep cleaning of rooms, carpets, kitchen, windows, upholstery.Coordinate pest control, spring cleaning, polishing.
