Roles & Responsibilities:
A. to manage the day to day operations of the property
B. to manage:
1. house keeping services
2. security services
3. maintenance/technical services (pools, lifts, DG's, etc)
4. landscape
5. customer complaints
C. to provide and manage resident engagement services
D. to liaison with various government agencies
E. to manage proper service charges /maintenance collections
F. Prepare daily Mis reports and share with the management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
A. a graduate/engineering graduate with minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in managing a large gated community
B. should have a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
C. should be well versed with MS Office & MIS preparation
D. should have own transport facility
