Key Responsibilities Training Development & DeliveryCurriculum Design: Design, update, and implement comprehensive training modules, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all housekeeping activities, including guest room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry operations, and chemical handling.Skill Instruction: Conduct hands-on, practical training sessions on proper cleaning techniques, efficient use of equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, buffers), linen handling, and correct use of chemicals and safety data sheets (SDS).On-the-Job Coaching: Provide direct, on-the-floor coaching and supervision to new and existing staff, ensuring immediate application of learned techniques.
