Coordinating with Lines / NVOCCs for securing the FAK rates for DRY and ReeferNegotiate named account ratesLiaise for free time at origin and destination.Maintain cordial relationship with all vendors.Consolidation and housekeeping of the rates and free time.Manage the spot rate requests.Distribution of the filed rates with the internal stake holders.Focal point for any rate request received from the sales team.Should be able to get rates quotes for additional services line Transporter, Insurance, CHA costing, Inland Costing (Rail) ICDs and other parties to provide to client.Coordinate with carrier in case of any booking / Space / Allotment managing inventories escalations.Should be aware of FMC Rate Filing and ACD/ ENS compliances.In case of US Shipments Should be able to File the NAC (Named A/c Filing) Contract Rates with Master Carriers.Should be able to help with Cross trade & Pricing with overseas agentsHandle Rate Dispute and Escalation and get it resolved.Should assist to create database which includes all major Locals Charges Tariff such as:-THC Charges.Candidates from same industry and same post are preferable.EXP:- 3-5 YRS.
