Key Responsibilities:Cleaning and Maintenance:Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.Linen and Laundry:Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities as per requirements.Manage and track linen usage and send items for laundry when necessary.Guest Services:Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.Inventory Management:Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissue, and towels.Report low stock levels or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.Safety and Hygiene:Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper disposal of waste.Ensure rooms and public areas are sanitized as per standards.Teamwork:Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments for smooth operations.Participate in team meetings and training sessions.Required Qualifications:.Prior experience in housekeeping.Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
