Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and competent candidate for the position of HR Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks and ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. The role will be based in Barsuan, Odisha, which is a mining village in the Sundargarh district.Responsibilities: Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and processes, and ability to independently handle HR-related tasks within the organization. Familiarity with labor laws, EPF (Employees' Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and other statutory compliances. Calculate and file all online/offline HR returns under both central and state acts. Mark and maintain employee attendance records. Maintain employee records in accordance with government norms and regulations.Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and record-keeping. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle HR tasks independently. Knowledge of labor department procedures and statutory compliances. Good organizational and time management skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks.Please note that accommodation will be provided by the company.
