We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Helper to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will assist office staff, handle minor administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.Maintain cleanliness and order in the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work as needed.Assist in receiving, dispatching, and delivering documents or parcels.Support staff with basic administrative tasks and errands.Keep inventory of pantry and cleaning supplies; report shortages to management.Ensure proper handling of office equipment and furniture.Help set up meeting rooms and arrange chairs, tables, and materials. Understand and visit clients to assess their requirements and recommend the most suitable products. Carry out remote-based fieldwork to connect with clients and understand their needs. Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via phone calls and email communications. Utilize effective sales techniques and presentations to convert leads into successful sales. Foster relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Monitor and report sales orders and payment status regularly. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities. Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for review. Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the management team.
