Quality checks: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing. Packaging: Select appropriate packaging materials and carefully pack items into boxes or containers, considering fragile items. Labeling: Affix accurate shipping labels with customer addresses and barcodes on packages. Order verification: Ensure all items on an order are included and match the packing slip. Inventory management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies. Adherence to shipping guidelines: Follow proper packing procedures and comply with shipping regulations. Maintaining a clean workspace: Keep the packing area organized and dispose of packaging materials appropriately.

Surface preparation:Removing old asphalt, debris, and leveling existing surfaces using hand tools, jackhammers, and graders to create a suitable base for new asphalt. Asphalt application:Operating asphalt pavers to spread hot-mix asphalt on prepared surfaces, adjusting the thickness and distribution according to project specifications. Compaction:Utilizing rollers and compactors to firmly press the asphalt, ensuring proper density and smooth finish. Edge trimming and patching:Hand-finishing asphalt around curbs and edges, patching small areas with hand tools or specialized equipment. Traffic control:Setting up and managing traffic cones and barricades to maintain safety during construction. Equipment maintenance:Performing basic cleaning and maintenance on tools and machinery. Material handling:Loading and unloading asphalt mix from trucks, managing material storage. Quality control:Inspecting asphalt surfaces for consistency, levelness, and adherence to project specifications.
