Job Profile
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Counter Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, maintain cash balance, and ensure proper billing procedures.
POS Operations: Operate POS systems efficiently for billing, ticketing, and food sales.
Guest Handling: Provide courteous and prompt assistance, address guest queries, and ensure a pleasant service experience.
Ticket Sales: Sell tickets at the counter, issue receipts, and guide guests about available services.
Food Counter Sales: Handle food orders at the counter, upsell items, and ensure accurate and timely service.
Food Service: Serve food to guests at their seats while maintaining hygiene and service quality standards.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Basic cash and POS handling knowledge
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented, Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
