They play a key role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey.Responsibilities for Ground Staff may include:- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters- Ensuring passengers' baggage is safely stowed and unloaded- Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from aircraft.

As a Cabin Crew member, your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, serving meals and beverages, conducting safety demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the willingness to work irregular hours.
