Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone, email & Chat) in a professional and timely manner. Will be responsible to oversee the coordination of drivers & vehicles. Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers. Ensure the Routing of vehicles, timely deliveries, and optimal resource utilization. Responsible to handle the dispatch planning. Dispatching drivers from or to Rail Terminals. Planning & organizing next day deliveries. Resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise. Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems. Maintain vehicle operator work records. Data entry and reporting. Any other duties as assigned to Dispatch Team Collaborates Assists Team / Supervisor when required
