JOB ROLE WITH DESCRIPTION Handle Proto and production both Execute proto and productions efficiently ensuring high quality standard and timely deliveries. Professional knowledge continuous updating of technical know-how related to materials, Machine and hand embroidery techniques, stitching (where relevant). Study style ( technical sheet) in detail and identify all potential production blockages and solutions. Ensure that the patterns made by khaka artist is accurate, as per the requirement of the buyer, before issue to Job worker. Material ordering/sourcing Communicate material requirements to the purchase team. Using judgment for wastage material requirement. Check material on receipt to ensure it is correct and quality is ok. Client coordinations Client requirements have been understood thoroughly and they are met 100%. All actions and communications must be professional and prompt. The client confidence in you should be high, so they can address you for all their problems instead of escalating them to management. Always keep client updated on production status and ensure approval for any changes in production are taken before proceeding. Status files should be sent them minimum thrice a week, so there is proper and clear communication of the production/proto status. Costing Complete costing of the styles as per the standard policy as followed with in the department. Job worker /Beader communication & coordination Prompt and clear communication with all related functions within Rilievi and external parties (eg job workers, machine, suppliers etc) to ensure smooth production flow. Issue styles( work) to Jobworkers with clear instructions on all technical points and ensure correct material (quantity + quality) is issued to him in stores. Quality assurance Monitor quality of production by paying frequent factory visits. IMPEX coordination

Roles and Responsibilities:Studying the tech packs/style sheets received from the buyer.Put the developments into work with the sampling team.Clarify all necessary info with the buyer as much as possibleDevelop the sample and send it to the buyer within the stipulated deadlines.Corresponding with suppliers regarding lab dip, strike-off, fabric swatch, etc developments.Coordinating all fabric + trims which are required for sampling purposes.Coordinating print, embroidery, and wash for sampling.Follow up with the buyer regarding the feedback on the sample.Preparing and executing international and domestic courier dispatches to suppliers as well as buyersChecking all the details in the order sheet once received from the buyer.Communicate with buyer reg. any discrepancy in the order sheet.Enter the order sheet information in our ERP software - VisualGems & order all the materials - fabrics & accessories.Ordering all the bulk materials including fabric, accessories and packing materialsStrong follow-up with the suppliers to ensure all the bulk materials are delivered on time to the factory.Approve the bulk sample from the factory before the production launch.Updating production development team reg. different sample requirements of the buyer at various stages (salesman, fit, size set, -pp sample etc)
