We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience to our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales to achieve business goals.

The key roles and responsibilities are:>> He will be responsible for bringing new sales orders from the existing outlets/stores and will be responsible for finding new outlets/stores>> Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget, and profit goals>> Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.>> Make regular scheduled sales visits on all major customers within the region.>> Manage promoters in the outlets/stores they will be placed in and make sure their sales targets are achieved.Candidate Requirement:>> Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in the FMCG industry.>> Must be fluent in English>> Should be well-versed in the areas of Delhi/Delhi NCR>> Male candidates only
