Knowledge of new product development.Quality control and process building of existing product.Understanding of product and shelf life testing knowledgeUnderstanding of recipe breakdown and managementConduct experiments with the MVP to gauge interest, test price sensitivity, find marketing channels, create a message and develop packaging.Create a minimum viable product (MVP), an initial version that has only enough function to meet its customer's purpose.Onboarding of the vendors required for the raw material used for new product.Keep growing the product roadmap and set new strategic goals for the product.Identify goals and themes for development and solve the most important challenges to legitimize the product concept.Knowledge about ISO 9001 and product certification.
