As a flight attendant/cabin crew member at an airport, your primary responsibilities involve ensuring passenger safety and comfort during flights, including demonstrating safety procedures, serving meals and beverages, and providing assistance as needed. Passenger Safety and Security:Demonstrate safety procedures, including the use of emergency equipment (e.g., seatbelts, oxygen masks, life vests). Ensure all passengers are seated and secured before takeoff and landing. Maintain a watchful eye on the cabin for any potential safety concerns or emergencies. Assist passengers in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid. Customer Service:Greet passengers as they board and assist them with finding their seats and storing luggage. Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns. Serve meals, beverages, and snacks during the flight. Assist passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities, children, or the elderly. Cabin Management:Prepare the cabin for flight, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Maintain a clean and organized cabin throughout the flight. Complete necessary paperwork and reports after each flight. Communication:Maintain clear communication with the flight crew (pilots and other cabin crew). Inform passengers of important announcements and procedures. Answer passenger questions and address their concerns. Other Duties:May be required to sell duty-free items or other products on board. Assist with loading and unloading baggage. Follow airline-specific procedures and protocols. Airport Duties:Assist with passenger boarding and deplaning. Ensure compliance with airport regulations and procedures. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
