Responsible for providing leadership to the operations team and executing operations within budgeted costs and timelines for in Uttar Pradesh, NCR, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh region, while maintaining requisite quality standards and positive client relationshipKey Responsibilities:# Key Result Areas ActivitiesOperations Manage day-to-day operations of the allocated region and maintain quality procedures and standards of both SML and the client Verify the monthly budget prepared by the Assistant Operations Manager Ensure all operations are executed within the allocated budget and timeframe Prepare and submit Budget vs Actual comparison sheet for the previous month before preparing the budget for the current month Ensure assets are available with minimum breakdowns Monitor that all log sheets are verified by client and submitted to Operations Head Office within the timeframe Ensure all the mandatory documents related to crane, manpower, trailers, other assets required by state or client are available and submitted in time to relevant stakeholderfor verification2 Billing Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoicing documents post deployment of asset at site until demobilization Timely submission of deployment certificate, along with first day logsheet to operations team at Head office for mobilization billing Perform regular follow-ups for a month with client for delayed payment3 Customer Ensure high customer satisfaction level4 People Ensure operations team has adequate support and opportunity for training and development Assign targets and KPIs to the operations team, manage annual appraisal and provide feedback# Category Key Performance Indicators1 Operations Planned vs Actual Work start date Breakdown days (claimed by client) On Time submission of billing documents2 Quality Asset breakdown % Client complaints (operations related)3 Cost Budget vs Ac
