As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of boilers to ensure they run safely and efficiently. This is a full-time position, and you will work on-site at GIDC Sanand 2.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Boiler Operations: Regularly check boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels to ensure they are within safe operating limits.- Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of boilers to prevent breakdowns and enhance efficiency, including cleaning and lubrication.- Respond to Issues: Quickly address any operational problems, alarms, or unusual readings to maintain safety and efficiency in boiler operations.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents to ensure compliance with safety regulations.- Ensure Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:- A minimum of 1 year of experience in boiler operations is preferred.- You must be a male candidate and have completed at least the 10th grade.- Strong understanding of boiler systems and safety protocols is essential.- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Effective communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members. - A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all operations.
