1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all construction projects, including material costs, labor costs, subcontractor payments, and overhead expenses.2. Record daily financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries into accounting software or systems.3. Process and manage invoices from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all payments are processed on time and accurately.4. Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.5. Track and monitor project budgets, ensuring that construction costs are within the approved budget and identifying any potential cost overruns.6. Allocate and track costs to specific projects, ensuring that all expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment, are properly accounted for.7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.8. Budgeting, managing tax payments and performing internal audits. You will act as a consultant for senior managers, conducting cost and revenue analyses. To be qualified for this role, you should have a degree in Accounting and relevant work experience. Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
