€¢ Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements

€¢ Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

€¢ Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

€¢ Project costing, cash flow management, and fund planning

€¢ Coordination with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

€¢ MIS reporting and financial analysis

€¢ Overseeing internal controls and compliance

€¢ Required Qualifications & Experience:

€¢ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

€¢ Minimum 3€“5 years of experience in the real estate industry

€¢ Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices

€¢ Proficient in Tally, Excel, and financial software

€¢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
